This machine can separate Mg,Cu,lead,Zn,AL, Basis on different material density.

 Procedure:

1.The first level can separate Mg from aluminum .
2.The second level can separate Al.
3.The third level can separate Lead.
4.The fourth level can separate Zn.
5.The fifth level can separate Cu.

Dense Medium sorting machine/Separator uses dense medium drums specifically
Designed for highly precise separation of plastics from non-ferrous metals. This technology is also ideal for processing shredder residue (SR), and Zorba (mixed materials obtained from SR) Using our dense medium separator, recyclers can handle a wide range of materials ranging from WEEE to plastics and minerals, as well as Zorba, ASR and other shredder residue. Depending on the size of the drum, particle sizes ranging from 4 to 200 mm can be processed, with units providing recovery of all metals.
The Heavy Media Separator is the ideal tool to recover all metals from your shredder residues and to achieve the best quality of aluminum. The separation drum is especially designed to avoid decantation of the medium in the material and thus avoiding misplaced items.
The heavy medium drum separates materials at a speed between 10 and 50 TPH and treats particle sizes from 4 to 200 mm, so that no metals are lost.

Application: 

The dense medium separator is mainly used for household waste, industrial waste, electronic waste, scrap, waste plastic doors and Windows, glass boiler bottom ash, scrap car slice of recycling copper, aluminum and other non-ferrous metal.And it can be widely used in garbage disposal and recycling of waste electrical appliance such as environmental protection and processing industry of non-ferrous metal materials processing and other industries.
