What is a aluminum liquid degassing machine?
Aluminum Liquid Degassing Machine is a degassing and purification treatment equipment which cleans metal by removing physical (hydrogen gas inclusions), chemicals (alkali metals) & metallurgical (alkali salts & sludge inter-metallic) impurities. Working principles
Trough high speed rotation of graphite rotor the movable liquid aluminum degassing and purification machine will jet insert gas and inert gas (argon gas and nitrogen) and disperse it evenly in the melted aluminum alloy liquid. The diameter of the inert bubble will decrease, but the total surface area of the bubble will increase sharply. The harmful substances of aluminum alloy liquid are brought to the surface of the molten liquid through the contact of more inert bubbles and hydrogen and impurities in the liquid.
